Alex is passionate about building high-performing teams to accelerate growth and perpetuate positive and enriching company cultures.
Before joining M33, Alex was the Principal Recruiter at Perch, an eCommerce consumer products company where she was responsible for strategic hiring across all business units from executive to entry levels through hyper growth. Prior to that, she was at Wayfair, a leading eCommerce company, hiring for leadership across a variety of commercial business units, developing a deep understanding of the business. Prior to Wayfair, Alex helped stand up the financial services practice at Robert Half International.
Alex holds a B.A. in Sociology and Public Policy from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, yoga, attempting gardening, and catching up on Bravo TV.
