Andrew Pearsons

Before joining M33, Andrew served as the Director of Sales Strategy at Pegasystems where he focused on enabling global sales teams to improve individual and group performance. During his tenure, he built numerous go-to-market capabilities and programs ranging from strategic account planning and value proposition development to standardized opportunity management and deal execution approaches. He also worked with GTM and Product leadership teams to develop and operationalize multi-year growth strategies for core products and regions.

Andrew has also served in operational and business development leadership roles at ClearTrace, a blockchain platform supporting decarbonization investments, and at Wayfair, a leading ecommerce company. In these roles, Andrew focused on scaling early-stage offerings by building out the teams, products, and capabilities required to establish and grow the business. In addition to his experience operating, Andrew has been a management consultant focused on growth strategy and private equity diligence at Bain & Company.

Andrew holds a B.A. in Government from The College of William and Mary and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. When not chasing after his identical twin sons, he can be found golfing, running, or expanding his knowledge of obscure trivia.
