Kara Hollis is an Executive Director at M33 Growth, where she identifies and partners with high-growth enterprise software companies. Kara brings a unique blend of operating and investing experience to M33, leveraging her background in private equity and operational strategy to drive value creation for founder-led businesses. She works closely with leadership teams to accelerate sales growth, advance product initiatives, and execute strategic acquisitions.
Kara's career began at Vista Equity Partners, where she invested in software companies and partnered with management teams at MRI, Active Network, and Trintech. She later transitioned to Finastra, a Vista-owned fintech platform, where she led post-merger integration efforts and developed customer success frameworks.
Kara earned her B.S.E. and M.S.E. in Systems Science and Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
Kara's M33 board seats and investments include SwiftComply, BFC Software, GoDocs, BeSmartee, and Yapi. She previously worked with Mize (acquired by Syncron).
