Prior to joining M33, Lauren led the People and Talent functions for high-growth, venture-backed startups partnering with founders, CEOs, and investors including CapitalG, D1, Point72, FirstMark, and RRE Ventures.
As VP of People at MANTL, a fintech SaaS company serving regional banks and credit unions, Lauren built the company’s talent strategy and infrastructure from the ground up, scaling headcount 5x through multiple funding rounds and eventual acquisition by Alkami. Before that, she led People and Talent at ValuePenguin, a fintech company acquired by LendingTree.
Lauren brings experience in executive hiring, organizational design, leadership development, and data-driven people systems that enable high-performing teams to scale with clarity and purpose.
Lauren graduated from the University of Michigan with dual degrees in Organizational Studies and Psychology. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and writing, practicing yoga, and exploring New York City’s theater scene.
